Workout in my house

 

What worked the best for me though was when I exercised while watching a movie. I can then go on for an hour and a half to two hours of exercising without feeling like I am forcing myself to do so. I even watched the movie Titanic entirely while exercising. So, the most important piece of equipment in my own house gymnasium is my television set.
The problem I have is that even though I put the movie sound very loud, the workout machines are making a lot of noise. I bought some wireless headphones but I guess they were of poor quality (although I paid them a good price) because I hear a lot of distortion and they are just not good enough.

weight loss fast

Some might argue that watching a movie while workout might not be the best way to exercise but for me it is a great way to use my personal home gymnasium frequently. In case you don’t feel like workout one day, work up the courage to just get started. When I am tired or if it’s late and I don’t really feel like workout, I just go down to my home gymnasium and tell myself: I only need to do ten minutes of workouts. Sure enough, when I pop in the video, I get caught up in the action and end-up doing more exercises than I expected. The first step is the hardest.
